Amanda Murray
C O O R D I N A T O R
Amanda Murray is an experienced and dedicated educator specializing in early childhood special education. Amanda holds a Master’s degree in Early Childhood Special Education as well as undergraduate degrees in Early Childhood, Elementary and Special Education ages birth-21. She has been in the field of Early Childhood Education for over fourteen years, teaching across various settings.

Currently, Amanda works as an Itinerant Early Childhood Special Educator where she provides direct instruction to students with Individualized Education Programs (IEPs). She is passionate about coaching early childhood teachers in evidence-based practices and collaborating with community preschool educators to enhance instructional strategies. Amanda also served as an Integrated Preschool Teacher, implementing curricula aligned with Rhode Island Early Learning Standards, gathering assessment data and facilitating IEP meetings. She also has experience teaching students diagnosed with intellectual disabilities, autism spectrum disorder and developmental delays. Working with this population has set the foundation for her ability to tailor social emotional support plans and implementing appropriate interventions. Amanda holds several certifications that compliment her educational background, including Conscious Discipline and various early childhood curriculum frameworks. Her continuous professional development reflects on her commitment to creating inclusive, supportive learning environments where all children can thrive.
In addition to her teaching roles, Amanda currently coordinates The Collaborative Classroom at Little Learners Academy, where she supports teachers in utilizing evidence-based practices, organizes and presents professional developments, designs scope and sequence for social skills groups, creates and oversees specialized programs (Get Social This Summer!) organizes community events for families and conducts family meetings to promote learning at home.

Amanda is enthusiastic about building connections with families and the community. She believes that collaboration is key to achieving the best outcomes for our students, and strives to foster partnerships that benefit their growth and learning. Amanda is deeply committed to advocating for children with special needs and empowering educators to provide the best possible learning experiences. She looks forward to continuing her journey in early childhood education, making a meaningful impact in the lives of children and their families.

Casey Beaudoin
C O A C H
Casey is a dedicated educator with over eight years of experience in early childhood and special education. With a focus on children with special needs, Casey has worked in various classroom settings, including Rhode Island State PreK, integrated preschool, self-contained classrooms, and community programs. As an Itinerant Early Childhood Special Educator, Casey provides direct service to children who qualify for special education, collaborates with teachers to embed strategies within their classrooms, develops and facilitates IEPs, collects data to plan and completes assessment related to goals and objectives to assure student success.

With a Master’s in Early Childhood Special Education and a undergraduate degrees in Early Childhood Education and Severe Intellectual Disabilities (ages 3-21), Casey is committed to applying evidence-based strategies to support both students and families in achieving educational success.

Casey supports Little Learners Academy as a Collaborative Classroom Coach, her role includes conducting classroom visits, participating in teacher meetings, collaboration with families, recommending and modeling interventions, developing instructional materials and leading social skills groups. ​​​​
Her passion lies in working closely with families, fostering open discussions about how their child is doing at home and offering guidance on effective strategies and tips. She is dedicated to building strong relationships providing parents with practical materials and resources to support their child's growth. ​Casey’s approach is centered on creating a positive, nurturing environment where children can grow academically and emotionally, and believes in the power of collaboration to maximize each child’s potential.
